"This has got to be the worst agent I have ever not met once in my life. It’s been over 6 months trying to separate a joint account. After speaking with another agent I have decided that the office does not care and lies on top of lies. Told I was emailed, never got one, told I was called back, never got a call. I literally have to show up to the damn office to get shit done and be a complete dick about it to get the point across. It’s absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. You over charged both accounts and I about had to get some crayons to draw a map to explain what the issue is even tho it’s the same issue for months. At this point by Friday if my accounts aren’t squared away I will be filing a formal complaint. They are NEVER open at 9am and close basically whenever they want. So if you need something you might as well forget it. 2/17/25 Had a meeting with Justin today and I feel so much better after our meeting and going over my policies and making a few changes. I’m very thankful for him for taking the time and hearing my concerns!"

So I switched agents and got a policy set up for my Daughters car."
